Business Services LLC and all other affiliated companies operates as a business and we expect CLIENTS to understand and respect our policies. Our goal as an internet marketing company is to bring the highest value per dollar spent by our CLIENTS, and in order to help us in that pursuit, we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on-time in respect to the services offered to CLIENT.

THIS IS OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND BY HIRING Business Services LLC and all other affiliated companies FOR SERVICES YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES.

SEO Services

Kindly note as far as the work is manually performed for ensuring finest outcomes and keeping away penalty which may result from machine-generated involvement to major SEO activities, we at Business Services LLC and all other affiliated companies do not offer any money back guarantee or refund for that matter. In fact, this habit is practiced by almost every professional and responsible marketing company.

Amends in algorithm ranking in major search engines or changes in the behavior of any search engine robot is not within our control. We guarantee optimization of your website as per the most recent SEO policies utilizing white hat techniques only together with our hard work and years of expertise that will result in a noteworthy rise in traffic and rankings eventually.

If you wish to cancel/pause Ecommerce SEO Service or other SEO campaign for the upcoming Month, please email us in writing 15 days prior to the start of next billing Cycle/month.

Non-payment of advance monthly fees

This is to bring to your notice that SEO services/PPC Campaigns Management or other monthly services shall be suspended right away on account of non-payment of monthly fees in Advance.

 Web Development

Web design and development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the CLIENT, then all monies paid will be retained by Business Services LLC and all other affiliated companies and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all work completed beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.

Website Maintenance

When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.

Our annual support plans are dependent on the scope and size of a website and are quoted on an annual basis. Especially for websites that we did not initially build, website maintenance and upkeep require extensive upfront resources and time to learn the setup, framework and specifics of a new client’s website, thus we require annual maintenance to be a paid in full yearly fee, unless determined otherwise.

Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing & PPC

Payments for SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing or any of our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.

Payment as a Contract

Payment in the form of Check, Credit Card or Cash express your agreement to the terms of service and your acceptance of the terms expressed on this page that are legally binding. If you pay by check your signature on the check will be used as your agreement for any other payment methods you may decide to use in the future. If you wish to terminate your service agreement you must notify us in writing 30 days prior to termination. If this process is not followed you will be deemed in breech of contract.

Setup Fees:

Setup fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by Business Services LLC and all other affiliated companies in the setup phase of any SEO or Internet Marketing campaigns and are non-refundable.

Chargebacks:

Please note that  Claiming that you did not receive the services or that you are not aware of such charges is illegal and fraudulent and will be investigated to the fullest extent.

If any chargeback or payment dispute is caused by CLIENT to a bank or credit card company, then CLIENT services and/or projects will be suspended and in some cases all work will be undone (reversed) without notice. Furthermore, the amount of the chargeback fee will be issued to CLIENT (to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company).

In Addition, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full before we restore service, deliver any files, or commence any work.

Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud. Chargebacks are never a legal or appropriate means of obtaining a refund. All disputes will be challenged by our lawyers with sufficient evidence from our records.

Website Hosting

All hosting payments whether present or past months are non-refundable. Web hosting accounts are set up from the date of your order and are allotted a limited amount of server resources depending on the plan you purchased.

If CLIENT opens a hosting account but does not use it, payment will still be due. Hosting billing cycles continue until a cancellation notice is received in writing from the CLIENT in writing.

Hosting Account Suspension

All hosting payments that are 15 days past due will trigger an account suspension. Hosting paid up to 12 months in advance and cancelled before the expiration date will not be refunded for the months not yet elapsed.

Business Services LLC and all other affiliated companies reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account, services, or contract if a user is found in violation of our terms and policies. Termination due to policy violations will not be refunded.

Content Revision Policy

Even though every writer with Business Services LLC and all other affiliated companies works tirelessly to provide each client with a perfect product, there will be times when modifications are necessary. If the content does not meet your expectations or if you discover any errors, our policy is to make all revisions necessary at a market fair cost!

• We need to get all the details and instructions from you prior to writing the articles. The request for editing must be based on the original instructions and guidelines that you provided when you made the order. We will revise the content in the event that we missed any instructions or requirements that you originally provided or if there are any errors in the content we supplied.
• If you ask us to revise the content based on instructions that are different from the original instructions, or requirements that were not included in the original order, this would not be considered a revision; it would be considered a new order and you would need to pay for it.
• We must receive all requests for revisions within five business days of your receipt of the articles. After five business days, your order would be considered to be approved.

Content Refund Policy

Once an order has been assigned to one of our staff, it is considered “in process” and we cannot offer any refund.

We also do not accept returns as we deliver our products digitally and tailor them specifically to each individual client; hence, we cannot use them for other clients.
